beanjunction.coffee is operated by Bean Junction, a business based in Western Australia, Australia. All transactions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are placing an order on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
3. Products and Descriptions
We take care to accurately describe our products, including roast profiles, origin, and tasting notes. However, coffee is a natural agricultural product and may vary slightly between batches due to seasonal and sourcing factors. Product images are representative only.
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price displayed at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.
4. Orders and Payment
An order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your card details are never stored by us — they are handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation represents our acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract between you and Bean Junction.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to all Australian states and territories. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon dispatch. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window for eligible unopened products. Perishable goods (opened coffee bags) are not eligible for return unless defective.

7. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the ACL that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
8. Accounts
You may create an account to manage your orders and saved details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately through our contact page if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are used in violation of these terms.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design, and code — is the property of Bean Junction or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bean Junction's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or any purchase is limited to the purchase price of the relevant order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage.
We do not warrant that this website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of this website is at your own risk.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
