Shipping Policy

We ship freshly roasted coffee across Australia. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being received.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all states and territories of Australia, including:

  • Western Australia (WA)
  • New South Wales (NSW)
  • Victoria (VIC)
  • Queensland (QLD)
  • South Australia (SA)
  • Tasmania (TAS)
  • Northern Territory (NT)
  • Australian Capital Territory (ACT)

We do not currently ship internationally. Please contact us if you have a specific international requirement.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order:

Service Estimated Delivery Cost
Standard — up to 3kg Estimated 2–4 business days $10.50

Delivery Timeframes

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

  • Western Australia — 2–5 business days
  • Eastern states (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA) — 5–8 business days
  • NT, TAS, ACT, remote areas — 7–12 business days

These are estimates only. Delivery times may be longer during peak periods (Christmas, Easter) or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Freshness Commitment

All coffee is roasted to order. We aim to dispatch within 1–3 business days of roasting to ensure you receive your coffee at peak freshness. Bags are sealed with one-way valve packaging to maintain freshness during transit.

Missed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful (no one home, incorrect address), the carrier will leave a calling card or attempt redelivery. If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us through our contact page within 7 days. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

In the rare event of a lost parcel, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed and we will investigate with the carrier.
