Returns & Refunds Policy

At Bean Junction, we stand behind the quality of our coffee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns — 30 Day Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unopened and in its original condition (sealed packaging)
  • You must provide proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email)
  • Perishable goods (opened coffee bags) cannot be returned unless the product is defective

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you received a product that is:

  • Defective or damaged in transit
  • Incorrectly described or not as ordered
  • Past its best-before date at time of delivery

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt through our contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Return

  • Contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return
  • We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  • Pack the item securely and ship to the address provided
  • We recommend using a tracked postage service — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • For credit card payments, please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

Australian Consumer Law

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
